Some users are experiencing issues when creating their accounts. Here are some tips that may help:

• Use your email address as your username 
• Make sure your password is at least 8 characters
• Don't forget to add your devices (email, home phone, SMS (mobile number for text alerts)
• If, after successfully creating your account and selecting the alerts you would like to receive, you log back in and the alerts are not checked off, do not worry; your preferences have been saved. We are working with OnSolve to determine why some preferences are not visible when re-logging in.
• Test alerts will be sent during the week of 1/1/2024 to confirm subscriptions.
