There is Still Time to Register Your Scarecrow for 2nd Annual Scarecrow Festival

There is still a little time to register your Scarecrow for our 2nd annual Scarecrow Festival! Some will be inspired by famous characters, some will be humorous, and some might even scare you– but all of them will be carefully handmade and contributed by Hillsborough Twp. Residents, Businesses, Youth Groups, and other Organizations!

Scarecrows will once again grace the grassy knoll and winding pathway beside the Rain Garden at the Municipal Building. Some will be based on popular characters, some will be humorous, and some may scare you - but all will be handcrafted by Hillsborough Township residents, businesses, youth groups, and organizations. Last year over 40 scarecrows graced the Municipal Building to the delight of all who visited. Let's see if we can top that number for 2023!
