Health Department Requests Feedback for Health Action Plan

The Hillsborough Health Collaborative has released a draft Health Action Plan to address the health needs and concerns of our residents. The plan is based on the results of the local health assessment, which identified five priority areas, including: Mental Health and Substance Use, Chronic Disease, Access to Healthy Food, Community Engagement, and Communication about Resources.
