Annual Assessment Postcards Mailed March 1st

The annual assessment postcards were mailed on March 1st.  Calculations of property assessments are done annually based on market trends and reflect what you can sell your home for.  It is important to note that the assessed value can increase, decrease, or remain the same based on yearly market values.  The assessed value multiplied times the tax rate produces your taxes for the year.  Please do not use the 2023 tax rate to calculate your taxes for 2024.
