Accessing Meeting Documents for Boards & Commissions

Did you know that the Planning & Zoning Department provides professional direction and support to the following boards and commissions:  the Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, Environmental Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, and Sign Review Committee? To access documents for upcoming applications associated with these boards, the public can visit the public portal of Civic Clerk. Civic Clerk can be accessed from the Planning & Zoning Home page; please click the scheduled meetings and documents tab. After selecting the meeting, you can gain access to the documents by selecting Meeting Overview or Meeting Files on the left side. Please note that as more information becomes available, the additional information is posted.
