Free Rabies Clinic January 14th

The Health Department is hosting a free rabies vaccine clinic on Saturday, January 14th from 10 am until noon. The clinic will take place at the Department of Public Works at 21 East Mountain Road. Please note that if there is inclement weather, the clinic will be postponed to a later date. Interested parties should print out and complete this form to bring to the clinic.
