The Public Works department is responsible for maintaining the storm drains throughout the township and needs your help addressing some recurring issues. If you notice that a drain by your property is covered with debris, please remove whatever the trash or green matter is so that the drain can function normally. By having more people helping out, there is a stronger chance that we can alleviate some of the ponding water issues that occur. The department is also working on an “Adopt a Storm Drain Program” as part of the Clean Communities program to be implemented later this year. Stay tuned for more details.
