Voting is Now Open for Hillsborough's Reusable Shopping Bag Design Contest
On May 4th, 2022, New Jersey will ban single-use grocery bags. With that in mind, Hillsborough Township invited residents to submit a design for the first official Township reusable shopping bag. The winning design, as voted on by Hillsborough residents, will be printed on a burgundy-colored, reusable shopping bag that will be available for purchase at the Peter J. Biondi Municipal Building and Township events. Any profits will be used to help fund recycling bins that will be put in our local parks.
