Updates from BOROSafe

Hillsborough is proud to be a Stigma-Free Community and is dedicated to providing resources to the community and reducing the stigma about mental health issues, and substance use issues.

BoroSAFE held a virtual mental Health Fair on February 23rd.  The Keynote address was given by Minding Your Mind and there were various community resources and breakout sessions.  

Also, BoroSafe will sponsor the in-person Hope for Tomorrow Mental Health & Wellness Fair on Friday, May 6th from 5 to 7 PM outdoors at the Municipal Complex 

Thank you to all who submitted a t-shirt design last fall.  Emma Newman created the winning design for the 14 and under category and Greg Andreskiwon for the 15 and over category.  The shirts are now for sale as a fundraiser for BoroSAFE’s future initiatives.
