Hillsborough’s first-ever Scarecrow Festival begins this Monday, October 4th! More than 40 scarecrows will be on display in the grassy knoll next to the rain garden in front of the Municipal Building where they will roost until October 27th. This is a true community event and participants include residents, Township employees, local businesses, and community groups.
