Updates from DPW

The Public Works Department is busy with the necessary repairs on drainage basins and other items relevant to the operation for the upcoming paving projects that will be taking place in the upcoming months.  

There are a few remaining dates that are available for the Town Clean Up Program which ends the last week in October.  Please visit the DPW page on the township website to find out more about this program.

Please take some time to evaluate the health of the trees on your property before the fall.  It becomes much harder to determine a hazardous tree condition without having it foliated.  With a whole host of issues that are currently compromising trees in our region it is more important than ever to pay attention to these matters.  The New Jersey Forest Service website provides the necessary information for homeowners to help take action in maintaining your trees.
