Chez Elody Grand Opening

Chez Elody 3

On Monday, July 13th, Chez Elody celebrated their Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.  Mayor Doug Tomson had the honor of cutting the ceremonial ribbon.  Joining him was Deputy Mayor Shawn Lipani,  Committeewoman Olivia Holmes, Business Advocate David Kois, and Owner Diana Henry along with her three children.

Chez Elody is a brand new, family run restaurant serving authentic Haitian cuisine.   The restaurant’s name, Chez Elody, is derived from the French root word chez meaning “at home” and Diana’s youngest child’s name, Elody.

Chez Elody is dedicated to providing excellent, quality Haitian food as a healthy alternative to your traditional fast food chain. It is a restaurant designed to promote a social setting with both indoor and outdoor dining options.

“We prepare our freshly made meals on a daily basis with a wide selection including vegetarian options,” stated Owner Diana Henry.  At Chez Elody they strongly believe that healthy delicious meals will never run out of style and that your satisfaction remains their first priority. “We hope you enjoy our meals and look forward to meeting and serving you!” expressed Diana.

Chez Elody is located at 378 South Branch Road in Hillsborough and is open Monday through Sunday from 11am - 8pm. Check out their menu at chezelodyhaitiancuisine.com
