Changes to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA)

On June 5th, Governor Murphy signed into law legislation to modernize and reform the Open Public Records Act (OPRA). These changes will be in effect beginning September 3rd. For more information please visit the State of New Jersey Governor’s Record Council website.
