Free Nutritional Educational Session

The Social Services Department in conjunction with the Mayors Wellness campaign is hosting a free interactive nutrition education session. “Nutrition for Weight Management” will take place on Wednesday, February 1st from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm in the front multipurpose room here at the Municipal Building. Tia Hagins, RD, and Community Nutritionist for Robert Wood Johnson will share quick and easy tips to help improve your overall health. Registrants will make their own parfait to end on a sweet note!
