Amsterdam Drive Paving Project Postponed Until Spring

The Engineering Department would like to inform the public that the repaving of phase 2 of Amsterdam Drive is being postponed until the spring of 2023 due to weather conditions. The repaving project, which will be partially funded by a state Department of Transportation grant, could not be awarded until the Engineering plans and specifications were approved by the NJDOT. This approval took longer than it has in previous years. The Township was hoping to repave this year but the NJDOT has strict repaving standards for the temperature of pavement so the Township needs to delay this project.
