When Master Mohamed Elshikh opened his first International Martial Arts location in Woodbridge, he would have never imagined that he would be opening up locations all over the state. Recently, International Martial Arts has moved to Hillsborough on 256 Route 206. The studio features certified instructors, houses a positive environment for achieving success and has specialized instructors who can train children with ADD and ADHD.
Master Elshik, who is from Alexandria, Egypt, has studied Martial Arts for 17 years. He trained at Yong-IN University in Korea and is a 6th Dan World Taekwondo Federation Black Belt. In addition to his several Martial Arts accolades, he is the Vice President of the New Jersey State Taekwondo Association and a member of the World Taekwondo Federation. The other instructor at IMA’s Hillsborough location is Instructor Mohamed Selim. With years of experience in not only Martial Arts training, but also teaching, International Martial Arts is the ideal place for anyone to learn about the history and discipline of this ancient art form.
