Dine Local and Experience the Taste of Hillsborough
Beginning on Tuesday, August 21st and running through Sunday, August 26th, participating Hillsborough restaurants will have an opportunity to promote their creative masterpieces to be enjoyed by foodies from Hillsborough and beyond.
“Hillsborough Township is excited to announce the first-ever Hillsborough Restaurant Week,” said Mayor Gloria McCauley at the August 14th Township Committee meeting.
Hillsborough Restaurant Week includes dine-in restaurants offering prix fixe menu dishes, ranging in price from $25-$35, that represent creative and unique recipes. This special week will also feature casual lunch and breakfast restaurants offering daily specials that promote delicious selections.
Enjoy unique Restaurant Week specials and prix fixe specials at more than 30 delicious food establishments participating from across Hillsborough Township.

Prix fixe and special menus are available via www.hillsboroughbusiness.org, check back frequently as additions are made. Reservations are strongly recommended. The Restaurant Week offerings cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts.
“Hillsborough Restaurant Week is a fantastic way for local food establishments to show off their unique dishes while promoting their business. We hope this will be the start of a longstanding tradition within our community,” concluded Mayor McCauley.

About the Hillsborough Business Association: The Hillsborough Business Association (HBA) is a Hillsborough Township Initiative to support local businesses with promotion and development programs. The HBA is administered by the Office of the Business Advocate.
